Your Safety is our Top Priority.

We understand that certain circumstances are out of control and that you may still have real estate needs during this unfortunate Covid-19 situation.

We are committed to ensuring your safety and are constantly reviewing government updates to incorporate any necessary measures we need. We also welcome our client's feedback on additional measures we can take to ensure a safe showing experience. 

Here is a list of precautions that we have already adjusted in our selling processes:

1) All meetings with the team members will commence via Video Zoom Calls.

2) Virtual Communication will be sent to all agents showing your property, ensuring that they abide by the safety measures that we are setting.

3) Sanitary tools and signage (gloves, masks, sanitizes, etc.) will be added throughout your Property reminding the prospective buyers & visitors to use. 

4) Showing limitations will be set to allow one agent at a time and ensure that Buyers are not entering with large groups of family or friends.

5) Open Houses will be limited to Live Virtual Open Houses.

6) Precautionary Legal Clauses addressing possible effects of COVID-19 will be in all Agreements.

7) Negotiations and Signing Legal Documents will be completed virtually with the aid of Technology.

8) Wired Deposits will be allowed and accepted after the Acceptance of an Agreement to Sell. 

9) Keys will be available in the Lockbox on the Date of Occupancy for our Buyer's added convenience and safety. 

10) We have communicated with our Affiliates to Ensure that they too are on board with adopting many of our precautionary measures.
